Bob is “hands-on” and involved in every transaction from listing to closing. He has over 30 years of real estate experience in Hampton Roads and has sold a tremendous amount of homes during that time.
Bob began his career assisting For Sale By Owner Sellers. His career progressed into owning and operating CENTURY 21 Advanced Real Estate for 10 years. He then served as an Associate Broker with Howard Hanna for many years before returning to his roots of assisting sellers with saving their hard-earned equity.
In addition, Bob owns and operates Advanced School of Real Estate, one of Virginia Beach’s largest real estate licensing schools. For years, Bob has taught the pre-licensing course to many of the new agents entering into the business as well as broker education for agents wishing to start their own real estate firm.
